This was our first dive of the Sidemount Cavern class. We started with a quick gear check and then entered the water for a short dive in Orange Grove Sink. We practiced some basic skills and adjusted our trim and gear configuration. The water was warm and murky green. Poor Eesa, her janky lp inflator hose popped off of her BC and she sank to the bottom like a rock. She handled it like a champ and she was able to get it back on the surface with her drysuit like a true pro. We ended the dive with a quick debrief and then back down for a tour dive and continued buoyancy practice.
